The fund ledger provides a comprehensive record of all financial
movements within your Payiano account. Each
entry represents a debit or credit operation that affected your
available or pending balance, including the reason for the
movement and the source transaction that triggered it. This
ledger serves as a complete audit trail for all fund activities
across your balances.
Financial Movement Tracking
To provide a detailed breakdown of fund movements,
Payiano records every financial event as a
ledger entry. This includes payment collections, settlements,
withdrawals, and fee charges. Each entry captures the amount, the
affected bucket (available or pending), and the resulting
balance, enabling precise financial reconciliation and reporting.
Complete Audit Trail:
Every financial movement is recorded as a ledger entry, providing full
traceability of debits and credits across your balances.
Real-Time Records:
Ledger entries are created in real time as financial events occur, ensuring
up-to-date visibility of all fund movements.
Source Traceability:
Each ledger entry is linked to its source transaction, allowing you to trace
every movement back to the payment or payout that triggered it.
